FUNCTIONAL WORK AREA : Quality

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with Incoming, production on timely disposing nonconforming products
  
• Coordinate the calibration for all gauges, measurements, test instruments
  
• Drive the cross-function continuous improvement efforts throughout the operation in Total Quality management
  
• Drive continuous improvement of supplier's quality, cycle, and delivery performance through Six Sigma, major focus on mechanical parts and PCBA.
  
• Work closely with Sourcing, Business teams, Manufacturing, and Engineering to eliminate roadblocks and communication barriers that may effect quality and delivery requirements
  
• Issue quality summary and following up correction plan. Especially on NPI

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

• BS. Degree in mechanical or the related engineering
  
• Ability to read and follow instructions, (Assembly Drawings, ISO procedures).
  
• Demonstrated technical aptitude. - Specifically with manufacturing of machined parts, plastics, PCBA's.
  
• Strong background in interpretation of Engineering drawings/specifications, and manufacturing process planning/evaluation. Analytical & problem solving skills.
  
• Ability to work in cross functional team environment
  
• Six Sigma Training / Green Belt Certification-Be willing to travel
