职位描述/要求:
GE BUSINESS NAME : GE Industrial, Inspection Technologies & Sensing FUNCTIONAL WORK AREA : Customer Service
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Timely and accurately process customers' orders
- Issuing Order Acknowledgement and Proforma Invoice to customers
- Ability to understand and manage customers' forecast
- Coordinate with planner and production team to ensure manufacturing plan aligns with orders and backlog.
- Proactively communicate delivery information
- Delivery Management
- Manage customer inquiry and complaints
- Escalate and resolve issues
- Assist finance with invoicing and payment related activities
- Process Return Material Authorization Process (RMA)
- Provide pricing and availability of standard products
- Assist sales team to prepare quotations to customers
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree with minimum 3 years Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain and/or Trading/Logistics experiences
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Process oriented
- Proactive and clear-minded
- Ability to solve complex issues
- Good understanding of Import/Export formalities
- Good understanding of Supply Chain
- Familiarity with ERP system (Oracle) is an desirable
- Fluent in English and Mandarin in both written and spoken
- Strong PC skills, proficient in MS-Office, especially in Excel

- 能用英语阅读专业资料并写作,熟练操作电脑;
- 有医疗设备销售和三资企业工作经验者优先;
