职位描述/要求:

FUNCTIONAL WORK AREA : Sales, Marketing

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ability to create and implement marketing and sales strategies that align GE C&I resources with solutions to the customers' needs.
  • Ability to develop, penetrate and expand key customers within the major vertical and geographic markets by use of a total solutions approach.
  • Develop and successfully execute LED vertical marketing and sales strategies to exceed the order/sales/win rate targets
  • Responsible for LED business growth development in responsible territory for different industry sectors
    Champion new projects and drive it to successful closure; including coordinating among Technical Development, Application
  • Support and Program groups on key projects across boundaries.
  • Research into potential key market sectors/projects on new design possibilities and turn it into new business opportunities.
  • Build close working relationship with strategic global clients and business alliances
  • Initiate new product development to ensure repeated business from existing key accounts/industry sectors
  • Hold accountable for region P&L growth
  • Work closely with all function teams to meet forecasted sales goals.
  • Communicate product needs and competitive offering to the GE product management groups. .

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • More than 8 years experience in selling critical power, electrical distribution or lighting engineering products/services in different vertical market sectors.
  • Proven ability to sell complete solutions, not only products
  • Proven experience in the interface with design institutes or city construction firms.
  • Proven project management experience in managing a group of sales team in big projects execution in multiple locations in China
  • Excellent sales and leadership ability, preferably developed through formal training
  • In-depth knowledge of large project sales in Greater China market
  • Good command of English and Mandarin
  • Good business acumen, the ability to drive change and a strong team player
  • Fluent in English, engineering terminology is required
  • High energy team player with good leadership skills
