FUNCTIONAL WORK AREA : Engineering/Technology

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Working on Propulsion Systems for Large mining Dump trucks for the local & global mining market.
  
• Lead &Own mechanical structure design, including Customer requirements definition, concept design, Detailed design as well as Validation & Verification.
  
• Work effectively as part of a self motivated team, actively lead & support global Productivity, NPI , acquisition and Reliability projects.
  
• Support Sourcing organization in new supplier development and qualification.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

• BS or above in Mechanical Engineering , at least 3-5 years of experience in mechanical structure design and Analysis.
  
• Proven Skills on 3D Model and 2D drawing (UG /Solid works/ProE /AutoCAD )
  
• Demonstrated experience on Mechanical static/Fatigue /dynamic analysis by FEA, Vibration analysis is a plus.
  
• Familiar with manufacturability, and optimization design with proven technical problem solving skills,
• Know about International mechanical standards & mechanical drawings, and fast-learner.
  
• Self motivated, goal oriented, strong interpersonal & communication skill. Project management training & experience preferred.
  
• Good command in written and Spoken English.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
CTC
