Job Title: Project Manager for ER&EC
Position Summary
Responsible for Energy Recovery & Environmental Protection Center project management. It's included but not limited overall technical, procurement & construction support, coordination and management. Responsible for safety, quality, schedule & cost management & control, and support the commissioning & start up.
Key Areas of Responsibility

Participates in conceptual engineering (opportunity and alternative analysis) project phase, by providing technical consultation on process related issues.

Lead & manage FEED & preliminary design. It's included but not limited participate critical process finalizing, project execution stratagem & plan preparation, design review, long term equipment purchase support.

Lead & manage detail design. It's included but not limited participate critical process modification, project cost & schedule control, design review, procurement support.

Lead & manage project construction. It's included but not limited construction safety, quality, schedule & cost management & control.

Support commissioning & start up. It's included but not limited technical support for commissioning & start up, training for operation & maintenance, troubleshooting support, SOP support.
Required Skills

Self-starter; excellent management and organizational skills.

Excellent computer skills.

Excellent communication, verbal and written, and presentation skills are a must.

Excellent design, project management skills.
-
Cogen background will be needed.
Education/Experience
-
BS in Engineering Discipline (i.e. Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Control, and Instrumentation).
-
Eight years minimum Project Execution experience.
Notes: This position is located out of Shanghai.
