Position Overview:

Watson Wyatt helps clients implement their business strategy through Organization Transformation.

As Director of Organization Transformation your key focus is to achieve the financial targets and related business and people initiatives in the fast growing operation in the Greater China region. We are looking for a high caliber candidate who thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented and robust work environment, collaborating with of the best consultants in the business.

Organization Transformation involved helping our clients create clear and tangible connections between their business strategy and turn them into implementable corporation actions and measurable indicators via our "strategy clarification" model. A portfolio of organization solutions include organization assessment, organization design, reward, talent attraction and retention, leadership development, performance management, culture change, HR function effectiveness, mergers and acquisitions and management organizational change.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with key clients, develop new business, manage selected accounts and provide strategic consulting services to key clients.
  • Provide solid thought leadership and actively take charge of the development of innovative Watson Wyatt's products and services.
  • Serve as a resource person of subject matter expertise and foster continuous people development.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through high quality services. Work closely with other offices and consulting practices to provide effective relationship management and seamless cross-practice and cross-office service to clients with multinational operations.
  • Provide the overall leadership of associates, and the day-to-day management of the own team. Ensure the proper staffing structure that cost effectively achieves business results while complementing the availability and mix of associates in the office.
  • Actively contribute to marketing and business development activities within the Human Capital Group and / or cross practice initiatives. This may include speaking in public presentations, seminars, publishing articles and other business development activities that contribute towards financial and market growth.
  • Responsible for achieving personal billable hours / revenue target in order to attain profitable growth of the practice.
  • Ensure cost effective, client satisfying operations by implementing standard consulting processes, systems and tools.
  • Role model Watson Wyatt goals and values, and play a leading role in assuring that associates in the office act in the best interests of the company.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in top strategy, management or HR consulting firm or at least 8 years of HR/OD experience in reputable corporations.
  • Solid and proven track records in organization development and change management.
  • Strong influencing skills demonstrated with CEO and top management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Respectful reputation in the consulting industry.
  • Bachelor or higher degree from top universities.
  • Good command of both written and oral English, and Mandarin.
