• Goal-setting and management of product development activities and industrialization of new products, and ensuring the product development results according to CNCCS business objectives.
• Participation and coordination of global product development projects with direct and considerable input.
• Day-to-day tasks and problem-solving within product area.

Key Tasks

• Management/Participation in product development and new product industrialization projects from start to finish, selection and realization of product solutions, including calculation and simulation.
• Responsible for component construction, advisory of material selection, machining process, etc.
• Product activities including initial sample qualification, product test, product expertizing, etc.
• Day-to-day activities around product with considerable input.
• Participation in supplier cooperation including supplier evaluation and supplier process audit.

Qualifications

• Master/bachelor degree in mechanical design or machining, skills in calculation and simulation, strong knowledge about various machining processes and materials.
• Master 3D Pro-e design and drawing, familiar with FEA.
• Fluent English in speaking, reading and writing.
• Compressor design background is preferred.
