Key Task

• Responsible for daily sales order and procurement operation
• Coordinate and solve sales order and procurement issues
• Handle customer complain related to sales order
• Maintain and update related SD and MM module in SAP system
• Support order management and analysis
• Support sales for sales contract in logistic area
• Coordinate with supplier for better delivery service
• Review and update sales order and procurement procedure
• Coordinate and communicate with sales and customer for update logistic policy
• Support logistic solution to sales and customer
• Daily documents receiving, distribution, and filing

Requirements

Educational background:

• College or above degree in logistic or equivalent

Professional Skill:

• Good communication skill
• Good team player with cross functional coordination skill
• Fluent in English and good PC skill

Experience required:

• Over 1 year relevant operate logistic process via system
• Experience with SAP operation will be a plus
• Experience in customs declaration & warehouse or FTZ is an advantage
