Key Task
- Responsible for daily sales order and procurement operation
- Coordinate and solve sales order and procurement issues
- Handle customer complain related to sales order
- Maintain and update related SD and MM module in SAP system
- Support order management and analysis
- Support sales for sales contract in logistic area
- Coordinate with supplier for better delivery service
- Review and update sales order and procurement procedure
- Coordinate and communicate with sales and customer for update logistic policy
- Support logistic solution to sales and customer
- Daily documents receiving, distribution, and filing
Requirements
Educational background:
- College or above degree in logistic or equivalent
Professional Skill:
- Good communication skill
- Good team player with cross functional coordination skill
- Fluent in English and good PC skill
Experience required:
- Over 1 year relevant operate logistic process via system
- Experience with SAP operation will be a plus
- Experience in customs declaration & warehouse or FTZ is an advantage
