Description:
Honeywell Transportation Systems (TS) is comprised of two Strategic Business Units: Honeywell Turbo Technologies (HTT) and Consumer Products Group (CPG).  HTT is a global leader for its turbocharging and thermal systems for passenger car and commercial diesel applications.  CPG is a global provider of a variety of leading branded automotive products, including the Prestone, Holts, Autolite, Fram, Bendix and Jurid brands.  With annual revenues of more than $4B, TS employs over 13,000 in over 30 sites worldwide.

 

Other key duties include:
• Design and develop required turbocharger(s) to meet customer’s needs, in line with the product platforms, as to the marketing strategy.
• Issue questionnaire, review input, preparing proposal(s) and parts list for review and approval.
• Create design work requests, searching and procuring test hardware for testing.
• Support on-engine testing, conduct data reduction and design optimization.
• Create ECN to release turbocharger and outline drawing, issue engineering bill of material, complete TRA and its approval. 
• Actively communicate with customers to follow up development and qualification of turbocharger on engine. 
• Provide technical support to customers in turbocharger, engine testing, vehicle testing, installation, field trouble shooting, and to functional dept. internally for assigned OEM’s.
• Involve product and technology introduction strategy in line with marketing strategy.
• Provide necessary training to engineers as requested;
• Complete work in compliance with TS 16949 requirements

Qualifications:    
• University graduate with an engineering degree and minimum of five (5) years experience of turbocharger or engines. 
• Good communication skill with people in both Mandarin and English.
