•Carry out CFD analyses of flows in compressors, turbines, and related components •Provide thermal boundary condition for thermal mechanical Finite Element Analysis •Thermal mechanical design for turbocharger compressors and turbines stage Qualifications:
•Familiar with CFD code such as CFX, ICEM CFD etc. •PC skills are required especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project) •Knowing one kind of 3D modeling CAD code such as CATIA, ProE, UG, etc. •Turbo machinery design experience is a plus •Master degree or bachelor degree with 5 years experience in aerodynamics-related subject is desirable •Fluent in both English and Mandarin •PC sufficient •Bachelor degree is a basic Skills: •Good general understanding of turbomachinery, internal combustion engines, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics •Good communicator in both oral and writing •Team player & Commitment •Fluent in both English and Mandarin •Knowing Six Sigma and Ansys is plus Key Success Factors: •Solid foundation of computing fluid mechanics and be capable understanding the physics behind calculations •Develop deep understanding of turbocharger aerodynamic design and performance •Meet customer requirements in terms of quality, timing and efficiency •Buy in company values and initiatives •Continuous to learn the state-of-the-art technology and apply it to daily work •Be innovative •Takes initiative to get things done •Executes plan and delivers on commitments •Initiate an action plan and drive to solution even if the issue is not under your responsibility •Inspires others to meet organizational goals •Identifies issues or potential problems and drives continuous improvement •Treat others with respect and shares information to move team forward •Focus on data instead of opinion and improve our system through statistic approach 联系方式:
