Honeywell’s Asia Pacific region is seeking qualified candidates for a new, challenging position — focusing on Sales-Inventory-Operations Planning --- Business & Operations/SIOP Manager.
This role is focused on developing and deploying the Sales-Inventory-Operations Planning (SIOP) process for the entire Environmental and Combustion Controls business in the Asia Pacific Region (ECC AP) ECC AP is a rapidly growing business unit specializing in Environmental Control and Combustion products.
This is a leadership role implementing and sustaining the SIOP process across the organization and region. Major multiple country interaction with all functions in the Integrated Supply chain (ISC) as well as support functions - Finance, Sales, and Product Management.
Specific Responsibilities:
· Lead the development and implementation of consistent SIOP processes across the geographic region and functional areas
· Lead and facilitate the SIOP process ensuring reconciliation of gaps and issues resolution
· Development of guidelines and trigger-points for demand and supply balancing decisions
· Lead the cashing up process of demand and supply plans and reconcile with AOP targets
· Enabling OTTR improvement through SIOP process rationalization
· Accountable for improvement of forecast accuracy.
· Publishes monthly SIOP packet highlighting business results, issues, and forward looking projections
· Identify and lead additional process improvement projects within ISC
· Coach entire organization of roles and responsibilities for the SIOP process
· Train and mentor SIOP Demand Planning organization
Key Success Factors:
· Develops, sustains and drives forecasting processes & forecast accuracy improvement.
· Enhances the linkage between sales and marketing forecasts and factory build plans
· Delivers high SIOP Scorecard metrics
· Deploys consistent SIOP processes |
