职位描述/要求：
Job Responsibilities
1. Design, develop, modify and localize digital and mixed signal electronic circuits in security technologies for both China and Global market.
2. Review design specifications for critical functional characteristics. 3. Create circuit design that satisfies the design requirements. Analyze and simulate the performance of the design for the application. 4. Verify that the design meets Design for Manufacturability and Testability guidelines and achieves the cost and reliability targets. Coordinate the layout, assembly and testing of the prototype assemblies. Complete the functional and environmental qualification of the assembly. 5. Release the design for production. 6. Provide technical support to commercial team and customers. Qualifications & Attributes
1. BSEE or MSEE. 2. +3 years of professional experience in digital and analog circuit design. 3. Familiar with 8bits and 32bits microprocessor board level or VHDL/FPGA design. 4. Familiar with analog circuit design particularly power, amplifier, A/D and D/A circuit. 5. Familiar C and ASM language program. 6. Familiar with EMC and EMI design for CE, UL, FCC, CCC etc. 7. Strong technical problem solving skills. 8. Sound Design for Test (DFT) and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) knowledge. 9. Experience with PSPICE and other circuit simulation tools, be proficient designing in high noise environments and harsh environments. 10. Familiar with PTH and SMT printed circuit board fabrication and assembly processes. 11. Proven ability to lead design from concept to release to manufacturing. 12. Be able to drive open technical issues to closure. 13. Ability to communicate in English. 14. Familiarity with security product and related market is a plus. 联系方式：
