Job Description: 

• Take fully responsibility on mechanical and electro-mechanical commodity sourcing to achieve overall performance of productivit, OTTR, WALT, WAPT and Terms & Conditions.
  Identify and develop suppliers to meet global  requirements on quality, performance, HOS, service and price.
• Leverage ACS and Honeywell China suppliers to develop strategic supplier.
• Negotiate contract or PO price with suppliers. Maintain supplier data in HPS Oracle system timely and correctly.
  Conduct RFQ completely. Negotiate price, lead time, payment term and other key commercial measurements, to ensure HPS get best deal with supplier.
• Participant supplier qualification process and attend common assessment as required.
• Drive successful project implementation, follow up part validation and ensure flameless launch.
• Work with HPS Tianjin plant planner, buyer and supply chain team, to optimize supplier delivery performance.  

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree, major in  Mechanical Engineering, Automation Control or relative engineering majors. Master Degree is also acceptable.
• Enough knowledge on mechanical engineer terms, GD&T, and hardware.
• 3-5 years mechanical commodity sourcing, procurement or relative working experience in foreign investment company.
• 3-5 years working experience with cross functional team and globally is preferred.
• High level integrity performance.
• Be able to read engineer drawing and be familiar with mechanical industrial standard.
• prefer to have experience of Oracle 11i.
• Excellent communication skills and good command on written and oral English
• Microsoft Office software skills required, especial MS Excel and Powepoint usage skills

·         Understand test engine, test requirements and test procedures.

·         Be able to do test, setup, run a test cell and reporting according to certain requirements individually.

·         Execute the preventative maintenance to cell equipments & facilities, cell upgrades.

·         For the cells owner, be responsible for the correctness of test process, test timing & test data with engineers.

·         Engine test trouble diagnosis and trouble shooting under the support of engineer.

·         Help to increase or keep the cell utilization rate and OTTR.

Qualifications

·         Graduated from junior colleagues or higher in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering, or similar departments, internal combustion engine or automobile concentration is preferred.

·         At lease 5 years engine testing experience, turbocharger experience is perfect.

·         Familiar with engine test process and normal test issues, including diesel engine and gasoline engine.

·         Familiar with engine test equipment and facilities, sensors, instruments and gauges.

·         Be able to evaluate the test and testing results.

·         Provided with other skills or abilities are preferred, such as welding, electric or electronic operation, etc.

·         Multi-national company work experience is preferred

·         Experience working with customers is a plus

·         Team player & good communication skill.

·         Certain PC capability.

·         Certain English oral, write and read capability.

·         Ability of learning and self development.
