Academic Requirement: Masters or Ph.D.
Working Experience Requirement: Candidates should have minimum 2 or more years of industry experience in User Research or a related field
Language Skills: Good command of English in oral and written

Key Responsibilities:

• User Interface Design, User Interface innovation, conceptualization, design, Prototyping and execution of the finalized look and feel
  
• Human Factors research such as Functional Task Analysis, Requirements Analysis, User Studies and Usability Study
  
• be self-motivated with a positive attitude, be a team player
  
  Qualification and Competencies:
  
  
• Strong portfolio available for viewing
  
• Proven record of creating world-class icons and graphic design
  
• Excellent 2D/3D icon detailed design skills
  
• Mastery of Photoshop and Illustrator
  
• Experience with all major design, multimedia, and operating system software: Flash, Dreamweaver, FrontPage, Windows, Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  
• Strong creative, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
  
• Ability to execute daily deliverables
  
• Great communication and good presentation skills
  
• Good English skills (comprehension, verbal and written)
  
• Excellent work attitude and team work spirit

Education:

Posses a Masters or Ph.D. in Industrial Design, Communication/Graphic/Information Design, Interaction Design or equivalent experience with a User Experience as emphasis.
