·Provide technical support to our customers – commissioning, maintenance support when our customers are not able to resolve problems.
·Technical support for installation of fixed gas detectors.
·Run the service workshop to repair our products.
·Help sales team in selling migration opportunities.
·Help sales with configuration of complex systems in specific projects.
·Training distributors.

Qualifications
Education Required (academic and/or technical education)
·Degree Technical subject
·Technical Qualification in Electrical/Electronics
·Basic knowledge of Chemistry
·Computer Literacy, experience with MS Office
Work Experience Required (area and length of experience)
·3-4 years experience in service role
·Knowledge of Gas Detection will be an advantage
·Team player – should work with sales team in resolving complaints from distributors or customers
·Should be proficient in Hardware and application software support
·Experience in networking techniques through MODBUS, HART, BACNET, OPC for Integration with third party systems will be an advantage
