Responsibilities:
Reporting to the factory manager, the manufacture engineer's job main responsibility is focus on manufacture engineering, industrial engineering, development and implementation relative sections of ISO9000. In detail it includes:

*     Optimize the material flow and layout of production line
*     Design manufacturing process and documentation
*     Draft the CNC programming, machine layout the quality control sheet
*     Improve tooling, fixture for cycle time reduction and quality improvement
*     Champion work instruction in production area
*     Offer the on-site technique support and problem solving
*     Take action on quick change over and set up reduction
*     Take actively part in continuous improvement on production line
*     Work with center to do quality controlling and improving
*     Development and implementation relative ISO9000 sections
*     Transfer and develop nozzle manufacturing technology from other facility of SSCo
*     Provide technical support on the production transferring from headquarter
*     Assist with the factory manager and center leader on suitable equipment procurement
*     Consult with design engineers in order to achieve the most effective way of producing the highest quality product possible
*     Apply state of the art technology to meet increasing competitive business needs. Reading specialist Journals and attending training coursed in order to keep up to date with the latest technological developments
*     Identifying ways to reduce production costs
*     Train operators to build skill and follow the work standard
*     Give production line and other department support when they need
*     Accept any job that may be asked of him by the factory manager

Requirements:
*     Bachelor or above degree in Mechanical Engineering
*     At least 5 years of working experience in manufacture engineering and industrial engineering in machining area. Can programming will be preferred
*     Well understanding in metallurgy, manufacturing method and cutting principle
*     Have a good communication skill in English
*     Familiar with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD/Inventor
*     Candidate must be proactive, able to work independently, self-motivated
*     Team player with demonstrable character of truthfulness, orderliness, responsibility, thoroughness, resourcefulness, attentiveness and initiative
