*    铸造或合金材料专业，大专以上学历
*    五年以上熔模精密铸造工作经验，有钴、镍、铜、锰等合金铸造经验优先
*    熟悉真空炉和非真空炉浇铸工艺和生产流程
*    掌握蜡模造型工艺
*    良好的沟通和培训一线员工的能力
*    英语听、说、写流利

Responsibility:
Reporting to the factory manager, the position of Casting Engineer's main responsibility is focus on manufacture engineering, industrial engineering, ISO, Safety, Health & Environment developing and implementation.  In details it includes:

*      Design and optimize on layout of casting production area
*      Develop Casting process and routing for all the casting blanks
*      Definite the work standard for the casting production area
*      Draft the work instruction for the operation
*      Offer the on-site technique support
*      Study motion and ergonomics for working station individual
*      Champion quick change over and setting up reduction action
*      Design casting mold for all the products
*      Develop the in-process quality control procedure and definite the acceptable criteria of products
*      Resolve the quality problem and work on quality improvement continuously
*      Organize and maintain all Quality Assurance documentation and files (ISO9001 and ISO14000)
*      Liaising with factory manager and counterparts in the Headquarter or other facilities in worldwide to develop manufacturing technology of casting nozzle

Requirements:
*      University graduate in mechanical engineering or material engineering
*      At least 5 years theoretical and practical experience on casting engineering. work for lost-wax casting industry preferred
*      Familiar with destructive and non-destructive testing of materials
*      Fluent in English speaking and writing
*      Familiar with Microsoft family of software and Auto CAD
*      Candidate must be proactive, able to work independently, self-motivated
*      Team player with demonstrable character of truthfulness, orderliness, responsibility, thoroughness, resourcefulness, attentiveness and initiative
