职位描述/要求:
工作职责: × 在一定时间的培训后能独立完成公司规定的所负责区域的销售任务 × 负责公司指定客户的开发和合作 × 独立的进行技术和商务的沟通和谈判以及文字工作 × 协助地区销售经理的日常工作 × 满足销售人员的日常工作需求,协调相关工作事宜 × 负责部门的行政支持工作 职位要求: × 本科或以上学历,理工科、商科等相关专业优先; × 2年以上销售或行政秘书相关工作经验; × 熟练运用MS Office软件,如:Word,Excel,PowerPoint等; × 性格开朗,工作积极,耐心仔细; × 良好的沟通技巧,高度的责任心及独立解决问题的能力 × 良好的文字表达能力 × 较强的英语听、说、读、写能力
Responsibilities: * Keep a customer profile file on all major service contracts and accounts. Keep tracking installed base, especially coordinate to transfer closed project files after hand-over from operation to service. * Complete monthly service financial reports and forecast review package * Provide a timely response to all service requests made by our customers. * Provide an administration support. * Assist service sales to prepare the formal bidding documents and quotation. * Assist finance to collect payment from our customers. * Provide a monthly schedule on all preventive maintenance,and dispatch the assigned service engineer to the site accordingly. * Handle customer warranty requests and service orders. Do the order tracking, the notification of customers, preparation of the shipping and billing instructions.To ensure the order process smoothly. * Assist to maintain and to update the inventory records of the spare parts and all items in the stock room. * Assist to develop marketing tools and customer survey with marketing team
Requirements: * A Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering or Business or administration,or an equivalent discipline. * Excellent interpersonal,written,and oral communication skills. * Proven ability to work in a team environment. * Demonstrate knowledge of corporate organization and policies.
