Profitability
*     Make out the center yearly sales plan align the factory sale plan
*     Make out the center capital investment plan, manpower plan according to the sales plan and the equipment selection
*     Center financial statement, cost control and reduction activities
*     Inventory control and reduction activities
*     Tooling, cutter and auxiliary material control and management
*     Responsible for the implementation of new projects from HQ
*     Accept any additional Centre products and be actively involved in cross-functional teams for those products.
*     Review design changes for manufacture ability of existing and new products with Product Engineering.
*     Responsible for the product manufacture cost calculation

Customer Satisfaction and Quality
*     Maintain and improve ISO-9000 and ISO14000 system in the center
*     Organize the process control training for each member
*     Quarterly quality training for each member
*     Issue CAR or make out the CAR correct action plan activities
*     Implement the Max days' delivery objective of company. Meet customer's requirement on delivery time
*     Quality performance reports and evaluates each member, shift, the center quality performance

Productivity
*     Organize set up reduction, sharing, and team improvement activities.
*     Responsible reviewing programming (cycle time, routine), set up standardization, pre-set up
*     Responsible for administration of CNC programming
*     Center members training plan, including CNC training, quick set-up, pre-set tooling concepts, and programming
*     Review and post each member, shift and center set up time, productivity performance
*     Implement TPM on the center
*     The material flow, total product lead time study center layout
*     The center production information database and AMAPS implementation

Requirements
*     Have good characters:
*     Loyalty, Responsibility, Initiative, Enthusiasm Diligence, Dependability and Obedience
*     With a set of leadership skill who can manage a team of 20 up to 60 people and get them to work as a team.
*     Should be managing a manufacturing center with its own financial statement, inventory control, production scheduling, training, lean manufacturing, quality control, manufacturing process.
*     With project management skill would be a good asset since they are going to be putting new projects in place.
*     Be not afraid of work, are willing to learn, are passionate, are ambitious and will want to make things happen.
