1）化工或工程类专业本科或以上学历；
B.S. or above, major in Chemical or Engineering ,ideally in combination of both.

2）承担工程公司报价工作或项目管理经验5年以上；
5+ years working experience in Proposal or Project Management in Engineering Corporation.

3）曾担任报价经理或项目经理，负责过2个以上项目；
Having the working experience as Proposal Manager or Project Manager,be responsible for more than 2 projects.

4）英语6级以上；
English CET 6 or above level.
