职位描述/要求:
Job description Missions
1) Technical support
- Answering customers’ and users’ requests for assistance on understanding, selecting, drawing, installing and using CABLOFIL products.
2) Technical marketing & specification
- Translating or preparing technical documents and events (seminars, product training…).
- Participating in seminars and other marketing events as the technical speaker for CABLOFIL products.
- Together with sales staff, visiting (potential) specifiers, customers and users (project owners, design institutes, contractors, installation companies…), in order to introduce the technical strengths of CABLOFIL products and bring adequate technical support to both sales staff and users.
3) Engineering
- Participating in the testing and certification of CABLOFIL products, in order to ensure their conformity with local standards of PRC.
- If necessary, working on the adaptation of CABLOFIL products to local installation habits / rules.
Job requirements
- University background: electrical engineering.
- Experience: no experience is required. Training will be provided.
- Computer skills: proficient in the use of design software like AutoCAD, plus knowledge of Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Languages: Mandarin as mother tongue & good command of written and spoken English.
- Personality: hard-working, autonomous, dynamic, creative, outgoing, with good communication and presentation skills.
Start date: ASAP. Location: based in Qingpu (Shanghai), with business trips across mainland China.
