车间的产品测试及相关设备的研制开发。
Research and develop product test tooling and relevant fixtures of workshop
车间测试设备及工装的管理与维护。
Managing and maintaining all test equipment and fixtures of workshop, including tools modification.

1.产品测试工装的制作和维护，测试程序的开发和维护, 包括在线测试和功能测试。
Making and maintaining all test fixtures and programming, including ICT (in circuit test) and FT(function test).
2.测试文件及作业指导书的编写，测试培训。
Edit documents of testing process and operating guideline
3.车间测试设备的维修和修理。
Repairing and maintaining for testing equipment in workshop
4.测试培训。
Trainer for testing.

Job Requirements:

1.At least 3-5 years of testing engineering experience
2.1 year experience in international companies
3.Work independently,systematically and professionally
4.Capability of work under pressure and in a team work atmosphere
5.Eager to take responsibility, active and initiative in work
6.With PCBA testing skills and very familiar with ICT and FT process
7.Loyal to company
8.Good command of communication skills, able to cooperate and coordinate with other people
9.Can work independently to reach the assigned target
10.CET band 6 or above
11.Written communicating fluent and Verbal is preferred
12.Profession related writing ability is a must
