Job Responsibilities:
1.New Prodcut Design -Mechanical design timeline established based on the project schedule -ISO9000 and /or other QS system procedures followed -Product designs are optimized through FEA analysis 2.Detailed models and drawings created -CAD work exhibited a strong proficiency in Pro/E or Inventor -All design work shall be coordinated, reviewed & approved in PCC -The format of 2D drawing is fulfilled with BSCE requirement 3. Engineering sample Preparing,Mechanical sample qualification 4. Create some general technical specifications and standards as requirement 5. Mechanical drawing reviewing in the team 6. Training and coaching of staff in the team for mechanical design skill improvement 7. Evaluate suppliers with other department colleagues 8 .Product innovation supported 9. Support department manager to improve the team process 10. Technical supporting as the request
Job Requirements:
1. 5 years related working experience 2. Good control of mechanical 3D design tools 3. Good experience at metal sheet part & plastic part design 4. Familiar with electronic product development process 5. Familiar with the quality requirement for the new product development 6. Good communication skill and Team player 7. Fluent English communication skills (written and oral) to be able to work in an international team 8. Business travel possible(include the oversea travel)
