职位描述/要求：
Job Responsibilities:
-Know market requirement and R&D direction. Investigate product of market and analyze competitors’ products. Collect product information.
-Edit market specification; According to the result of market investigation. Each of PM engineers will be a PL-M in different new projects and edit new product market specification.
-Technical and sales training for FS. Make and provide product documentation. Introduce our company and products to our guests.
-Approval Support
Prepare equipments and documentation for approval needed;
-New product announcement, including hardware and software. Issue Technical Information to related parties
-Old products phase-out.
Put forward old product phase-out plan. Inform phase-out information on time.
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above with the major of Electrical engineering or related
-3-5 years of product management experience in FS business ;Marketing experience in Fire Security field business is a plus
-Capability of work under pressure and in a team work atmosphere
-Have basic knowledge and analytical capability of collecting marketing requirements for products, statistical knowledge is highly preferred
-Have deep understanding of FS technology and trends
-Understanding competitor's products is preferred
-Good command of communication skills, able to cooperate and coordinate with other people
-Profession related writing ability is a must
-Work experience in a multi-cultural environment would be an advantage
