职位描述/要求：
Field Support Engineer (OEM ACR based in Beijing)
Job Responsibilities:
-Reduce failures in the field of the Products,
-Provide good technical and failure support to regional company organizations globally for the products
-Support the ACRD Organization in the training of customers and regional company staff on the product range.
-Be responsible for ensuring quality in the product; assisting in the introduction of the product and any upgrades to the market.
-Responsible for developing a healthy relationship with Marketing and R&D
-Work closely with the RC's to ensure regional specifics are taken into account in standards.
Job Requirements:
-Must have an understanding of HVACR applications
-Be familiar in general with Control products in HVACR and their application;
-Have knowledge of application programming (Software) and refrigeration;
-Electronics and electrical knowledge is an advantage
-Have knowledge of Business Administration, basic product management and marketing knowledge
-At least 2 years of working experience in similar environment or in service.
-Any experience in sales or marketing would be an advantage, some experience in meeting and dealing with customers and their requirements.
-Work experience in a multi-cultural environment would be an advantage
-Fluent in both written and spoken English.
