Quality and Process Manager in R&D (质量流程经理)

职位描述/要求：
Job Responsibilities:
-Initiation and maintenance of the process-utilization for product and system development
-Training and coaching of staff (R&D and others) of the process
-Arrangement of feedback sessions and audits (regular ones and at random) involving project- and quality-officers, measures and evaluates process metrics and provides for continuous process improvement through regular reporting to the process owner
-Responsible for project-related quality assurance with power of veto for selected milestones of a project
-Within a project, support the process-owner and analyzes process effectiveness
-Transfer the learning for process maintenance / process improvement (e.g. lessons learned)
-Support the tools implementation in R&D, ensure the interfaces integrated with other existing tools and procedures in place
-Under the guidance of company's Q-department, act as "bridge" between company's R&D and other R&D when development relevant Q-matters arise
-Introduce in a sensitive way new Development QC tools to R&D
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above with the major in Engineering or Quality;
-At least 3 years working experience in Quality management with close involvement of R&D process or R&D process manager;
-Knowledge of system engineering (CMM or CMMI or other model) a big plus
-Able to work in an international team of experts (working experience abroad an advantage but not a requirement)
-Independent and efficient working style (as Process Manager) and able to easily integrate within a team (in the role of PQM)
-Education in technical field and / or possibly with quality related work
-Work experience in a multi-cultural environment would be an advantage
