Job Responsibilities:

1.Work out the new product FMEA and control plan , and follow up the action to overcome the risk
2.Verify the PCB process to meet the new product requirement , and submit the constructive idea to optimize the PCB designing

3.Confirm the assmebly provess , control over the budget and First Pass Yield

4.Eveluate the new equipment investiment for the new process , work out the new process feasibility
5.Coordinate the relate person to finish the building plan
6.Work out the building report involving prototype and trail production

7.Take part in the equipment investment , keep the high quality equipment

8.Learning the new knowleadge for the process skill ( leadfree , Cpk , FMEA ) and contact with any authority department , introduce and implement in the process

Job Requirements:

1.Bachelor Degree or above with the major in Electronics

2.5+ years PCB process control experience
3.Understand the PCB equipment operation and testing function , design background is prefer
4.Familiar with the new product development process
5.High iniative and motivation , want to develop industry career
6.Strong analysis and discretion

7.Good communication skill in English
