职位描述/要求：
Job Responsibilities:
-Deliver the required product(s) for each project, phase or stage
-Deliver to time and cost within agreed tolerances
-Manage the people, work and other resources involved in specified project
-Establish and update with actuals and forecasts (cost and time)
-Manage deviations from plan
-Report to respective stakeholders
-Escalate decisions and unresolved items
-Ensure quality is achieved as planned
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above with the major in Engineering or Quality
-At least 3 years working experience in either one of the following fields: Senior R&D employee with good communication and coordination skills or Project Management experience
-Knowledge of system engineering (CMM or CMMI or other model) a big plus
-Able to work in an international team of experts (working experience abroad an advantage but not a requirement)
-Independent and efficient working style and able to easily integrate within a team
-Education in technical field (Master Degree or Bachelor with outstanding qualifications)
-Work experience in a multi-cultural environment would be an advantage
