Job Description

1．Support Purchasing and R&D to select and evaluate suppliers,manage supplier process and product quality to make continuous improvement

协助采购和研发进行供应商的选择和评审，供应商质量问题的跟踪处理，推动供应商产品质量的改善

2．Act as liaison for the supplier and the company to resolve quality problems effectively by interacting and communicating with various levels of management of the supplier and the company.

通过与相关部门的沟通。将质量问题及时有效反馈供应商

3．Initiate and follow-up supplier corrective actions to ensure complete and effective root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.

推动跟进供应商纠正预防措施的实施

4．Perform periodic audits of supplier quality systems for verifying continuing suppliers’ conformance to quality system requirements.

对供应商质量体系进行周期性的审核

5．Participate and support supplier qualification.

参与并支持潜在供应商的评估

6．Develop supplier quality performance report.

编制供应商质量报告。

7．Participate qualified supplier evaluation.

参与合格供应商的评估。

8．Sign Quality Assurance Agreement with suppliers.

与供应商签订质量保证协议

9.Participate RoHS promoting activities.

参与RoHS的推进工作。

Job Requirement

1.More than 5 years' experience of quality management in electronic industry, better in international company or JV.

2.Experience on supplier manament in electrical company,electrical and mechnical parts knowledge

3.Familiar with QC tools；Understanding of ISO9001 and ISO14000. Internal auditor is preferred.Experience on RoHS and WEEE is preferred.

4.Strong communication skills；Teamwork spirit；Persistent Leadership skill；Systematically thinking

5.Oral, speaking and writing in English　

6.Have good writing expression ability when writing the quality system documents or drafting an article
