Job Responsibilities:

1.Mass production,to consolidate supplier and to sign frame purchase contract with qulified supplier.

2.Follow up any short of delivery or quality gap issues.

3.Localization/pro-type

4.To be familiar with market siutuation, setup backup supplier resource to secure permanent supplies with competitive terms   

5.Cost Deduction Driven,push design to cost / target cost process to attain the target costs for materials; to reduce total material costs by fulfilling the required functions.

6.Project responsibilities in sourcing

7.Purchasing Strategies,provide input in developing and implementing of purchasing strategies to have influence at supplier level and thus provide competitive proposals for product improvements.

Job Requirements:

1.Typically 8-10  years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above.

2.Having at least 3 years work experiences in the Electronics Component purchase or simlimar field

3.Understand major company process and being able to use modern supply chain concept in daily operation

4.At least 5 years experiences in Project Management of R&D and New Product Introduction which is intensively associated with Advanced Sourcing Engineering.

5.Having international experience and the capability to negotiate and to operate in different cultures

6.Good negotiation skill.

7.Good communication skills to various parties such as supplier, HQ, peers in other organization

8.Good command of English
