Job Description

1．Ensure the product quality transfered from R&D to production;  Continous quality improvement for product project

2．Be charge in quality on new product introduction; lead quality improvement

3．Ensuring the new product quality transfering to production by quality tools and system

4．Resolving the quality problem in new product introdution by leadership and quality techniques

5．Take leadership to resolve critical quality issues by quality project through Cross-Function-Team

6．Dig out, analyze and resolve process quality problem by business process management

Train and coach to others on quality techniques

1．Know Six sigma, Green Belt or Black Belt prefered

2．Have the experience of new product quality engineering

3．Know ISO9001 at least

4．More than 5 years' experience of quality engineering and new product project engineering experience

5．Have quality experience at least, it's better to have engineering and six sigma project experience

6．Have experience to resolve quality as leader

7．Key university bachelor on engineering or science at least; good English skills
