Job Responsibilities:

 

1.Initiation and maintenance of process utilization for product and system development, incl. training, coaching

2.Project related quality assurance (with power to veto project-milestones)

3.Contact person for general quality issues within division

 

Job Requirements:

 

1.At least 3 years working experience in either one of the following fields: Quality management with close involvement of R&D process or R&D process manager

2.Knowledge of system engineering (CMM or CMMI or other model) a big plus

3.Work in a multinational company a big plus

4.Able to work in an international team of experts (working experience abroad an advantage but not a requirement)

5.Good communication skill

6.Good command of English, both oral and read
