Responsibilities

1.Completes material specification, schematic preparation and follow-up to ensure

proper and effective implementation.

2.Performs design, development, testing and modifications of solutions.

3.Performs explanations and clarifies information to enable proper interpretation and evaluation of specifications, performance characteristics or other technical data.

4.Performs communication of technical and commercial issues. Completes recommendations for  new designs, new processes, or design changes to meet requirements.

Qualification

1.5-8 years of R&D engineering/design experiences in the area of electro-mechanical components / actuators, ideally in the area of  HVAC control valves & actuators or damper actuators

2.Experience in actuator design (structural design, gear/motor/drives design)

3.Has successfully did several R&D-projects as Project Leader or team member.

4.Good team-leadership skills. Has more than 3 years experience in leading a development team.

5.Good command of English (spoken and written) as the team will have close communication with our expert development teams in Europe and US.
