职位描述/要求：
Responsibility：
1. Standardize procurement process and document.
2. By consolidating existing suppliers and developing qualified local supplier to maintain competitive sourcing resource.
3. Being familiar with market situation, Maintain close business relationship and develop partnership with qualified supplier to fulfill rapid development needs.
4. Guild the team and train the team members. Coordinate different dept. resources to fulfill tasks.
5. Plan and budget procurement activities. Establish and deliver procurement reporting.
6. Implement authority requirement, Siemens guideline in BSCE Procurement. Fulfill other tasks when assigned.
Requirements:
1. Having at least five years work experiences in supply chain management, preferably working in similar industry.
2. Integrity, dedicated, open minded.
3. Able to set priority and target for the team.
4. Well experience in procurement and supply chain management.
5. Have systematic approach and analytic ability.
6. Preferably having good understanding of building technology and BSCE product.
7. Good communicational skills in various parties, such as supplier, HQ, or peers in other organization.
8. CET6 or above.
