职位描述/要求:
Job description: Process warranty/goodwill claims: upload to system, judge claims for compliance with warranty regulations, decide, credit to dealer. Liaise with service network on enquiries regarding partially accepted or rejected claims. Handle “Advance Goodwill Claims”, if necessary initiate ESKULAB enquiry. Inspect workshop warranty parts store at the service centers, scrap parts. Investigate cause of parts defects, send parts to DCAG/MBCL central department if necessary, maintain records. Monitor compliance with instructions for claim parts and store room. Prepare statistics / reports. Support the new dealer in the warranty goodwill processing.
