职位描述/要求:
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. To assist the Services and Admin Manager in the purchasing of facility-related equipment and supplies and maintain records of all office purchases, quotations, purchase requisitions, purchase orders etc. 2. To evaluate suppliers and vendors’ capability in the delivery of services or equipment in accordance with the Company’s purchasing and subcontracting guidelines and policies 3. To evaluate the market in the supply and pricing of materials, tools, spare parts and services and update the management as required. 4. To identify, establish and maintain the approved vendor list and contracts 5. To control and monitor the spare parts stock level 6. To comply with all company policies and procedures and adhere to company standards 7. To perform other duties as assigned JOB QUALIFICATIONS 1. Minimum college education in business or related fields 2. Minimum 3 years working experience in related field, preferably in a MNC environment 3. Good command of Chinese and the English language 4.
