PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Valuation and consultancy projects for property assets in China.
• Development of Client base.

JOB REQUIREMENT/QUALIFICATION:

• Member of HKIS / RICS
• Minimum 6 years post qualification experience
• Proven Track Record in Valuation assignments in China.
• Proven Track Record of valuation of special assets.
• Relevant degree in property appraisal
• Frequent Travel to China will be a requirement.
