职位描述/要求:
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ø To support the National Director, Property Management, in the co-ordination of presentations and proposals focusing on shopping center management; Ø To meet with potential and actual clients in the execution of head-office as well as consulting duties; Ø To be ready to assist the on-site teams in all operations-related problems and arrange for appropriate support staff to provide assistance; Ø To arrange the staffing and working plan to establish on-site shopping center property management teams; Ø To assist Head Office in the development of the standards library to ensure best-practice amongst all Cushman & Ø To develop close working-relationships with all Cushman & Wakefield retail sites around JOB QUALIFICATIONS Ø At least five years experience in retail property management; Ø A very high level of personal presentation so as to become the face of C&W’s standards; Ø Excellent English and Chinese communication skills; Ø Complete familiarity with Microsoft Office applications; Ø Strong analytical skills. 联系方式:
