职位描述/要求:
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ø To support Department Head and the team; Ø To arrange all the trips for Department Head and the team member; Ø To complete various reports based on regular time period including client related and internal; Ø To work with finance department to issue the invoice and follow up the payment status; Ø To coordinate with US colleagues for some projects; Ø To accomplish daily administrative works (eg. filing); Ø To perform other duties as assigned. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Ø Bachelor Degree and major in Business Administration is prefer; Ø 2-3 working experience in related field; Ø Strong computer skills – proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & Power Point); Ø Good command of oral and written English; Ø Must be extremely motivated, detail-oriented, dependable and flexible, with strong interpersonal and organization skill; 联系方式:
