职位描述/要求:
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ø Review and evaluate the property’s performance on a continuing basis, follow established measures of performance. 审核并评估物业管理工作,建立及更新作业流程。 Ø Assist the owner’s and client’s representatives, with assistance from both the Retail and Property Directors, 在零售总监和物业管理总监的带领下,有效的为客户和业主服务。 Ø Provide assistance with administering all service contracts. 协助管理所有服务合同。 Ø Assist in preparing the annual business/operating plan. 协助准备每年的运营计划。 Ø Cold calling for new clients/ liaison with 持续为项目开发新租户,并负责接待上海方面引荐来的客户。 JOB QUALIFICATIONS Ø At least five years experience in retail leasing 五年以上零售租赁经验 Ø A thorough understanding of shopping center management 精通购物中心管理 Ø Very good communication skills in both Chinese and English 良好的中、英文沟通能力 Ø Highly numerate with experience in putting together budgets and operational plans; 有相当的预算和运营计划经验。 联系方式:
