Job Description – Analyst
The individual appointed will report to the head of Investment Services of the company.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The Analyst will be expected to be involved throughout the investment transaction process including deal sourcing, short-listing, market and financial analysis, due diligence, deal negotiation and execution, and project progress monitoring and reporting.
-Commercial project financial analysis and cash flow modeling.
-Collection of first hand information on commercial projects.
-Preparation of investment memorandum of potential projects
-Preparation of market analysis of specific region/sector
-Work closely with the Company to conduct project due diligence.
-Presentation of project status reports.
-Assist clients relationship management
-Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
-Degree holder with minimum 3 years’ experience in real estate investment/financial analysis.
-Fluency in both written and oral in Mandarin and English.
-Detailed and excellent analytical skills.
-Good understanding of the real estate markets.
-Ability to manage multiple assignments in a professional manner and work closely with the team.
-Good communicate skill and team work spirit.
-Flexibility in domestic traveling.
-Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, Outlook.
-Knowledge of real estate analysis software preferred. 联系方式：
