Job Description – Technical Engineer
The individual appointed will report to the head of Technical Support Group of the company.
General Responsibilities:
--To assist with management or senior team member of the department in providing
international-standard consulting services to Cushman & Wakefield clients as part of our Technical Support Group which support the functions of both Property Management and Facility Management departments.
--To support the sales and marketing team in the response to RFP/RFI
--To participate in the service transition/establishment program for the new FM/PM full service projects
--To support the on-site service teams of the existing FM/PM projects
--To assist with management or senior team member of the department in developing management system/processes for the engineering service functions of FM/PM and train the on-site service teams, and conduct the benchmarking analysis and research for the best practices of the industry and advanced building technologies
--In addition, there may be other ad-hoc projects that you may be required to undertake at the Company's discretion. You may be required, from time to time, to travel on behalf of the Company around the region.
Qualifications:
Minimum degree in a HAVC or Construction Engineering
Solid knowledge of building engineering services
Excellent English (both written & spoken)
Fluent Mandarin beneficial
Good analytical and written skills
Strong computer skills i.e. Word, Powerpoint and Excel
Well organized and detail orientated
