职位描述/要求：
General Responsibilities
Responsible for the building, decorate facility and all the water system; working for the all the windows, doors and all office facility repairs
大厦内外各区域土建、装饰工程、各类水管路及大厦内各种门、窗、锁、家私维修工作
Working for the daily work requests
负责处理客户日常报修工单的执行、跟踪及完成工作
Working for the periodic checking and repairs for the facility equipments
做好日常巡检工作和定期维护维修工作
Cooperate with others team to complete other facility equipment improvement and fix the emergency
配合其他专业做各种设备设施的维修保养和处理各种故障及突发事件。
Keeping the spare parts stocks and feedback to the engineer
定期检查备品备件的库存量，定期反馈给主管工程师。
Requirement
25-45 ages and above senior high school degree
25-45岁，高中以上学历.
4 years of Facilities Maintenance, or related fields
4年以上工厂或大厦物业综合维修工作经验
Experience required Woodwork, paint work, mason and hardware
木工、油工、瓦工经验，能够修理门窗五金
Good written and oral communication skills with the customer and sub-contractor; good attitude
良好的与客户沟通经验，工作认真、细心
PC and English knowledge
有电脑、英语知识优先
