职位描述/要求:
Reception Function Phone calls answering & transferring Greet visitors, register guests, etc. Meeting room booking and management Providing correct and prompt information to inquires from customers Badge management and visit card post other office events arrangement with Office Manager Administration related policy, procedure and process setting up with Office Manager Other assigned tasks as may be needed Requirements College graduation or above, major in English or working experience in Hotel would be plus Minimum one-year receptionist working experience at multi-national company Capable of both English and Chinese Good skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint High efficiency and quick learning Cooperative, proactive, supportive, honest and trustable. 联系方式:
