Job Summary:
Canteen management
Routine check on daily and weekly. Monthly meeting with canteen’s management team for performance review and evaluation Expense application monthly, record and report Costing saving calculation and make out BCS for log in . Arrange food committee meeting in very month. Food tasting in two month. Pepsi coke expense check and machine maintain. Coffee shop management
Expense application monthly, record and report Costing saving calculation and make out BCS for log in . To supervise the supplier performance on drinking water supply service including Be-monthly meeting with supplier for performance review and evaluation Drinking machine troubleshooting timely Monthly expense settlement Monthly expense application, record and report Drinking machine routine check Vending service
Check storage and call for supply Follow up vendor on machines maintenance Check service performance of Kiosk. Office service
Pantry room management including Coffee machine cleaning and maintain on each 45 day. Expense application monthly, record and report Postal service management
Expense application monthly, record and report Subscription newspaper and magazine on Oct. each year. Requirement:
Junior college or above in admin/business
