A. Role Summary (职位概述)   

This person should have strong engineering knowledge as well as quality & inspection management experience __________________________________________________________________________________________

His/Her capabilities including

1.        Rich knowledge on various raw material(Metal, wood, leather, etc.), understand well characters for each material

2.        Set up all quality control related document, specification and procedures.

3.        Establish specs for related product and checking point for inspector

4.        Set basic quality standard for product such as packaging standard, product standard, so as to keep consistency for private label furniture

5.        Failure statistic analysis and improvements following up

6.        Manage/Supervise project related QC activities. Ensure all the requirements of specification can be met at vendor / supplier’s facility.

7.        Review documents & inspection reports, work with QC team to improve product test plan and procedure

8.        Coordinate with internal dept. and suppliers to develop and improve the product continuously

9.        Understand competitor’s quality standard.   

10.     Familiar with factory working process
