·          Main responsibilities

-Supervise and optimize  warehouse daily operation to be smooth according to company warehouse policy.

-Ensure warehouse stock accuracy with right quantity and right quality, and facilities in good situation.Monitor the whole Warehouse articles’ condition, including the hygiene, safety, and tidiness.

-Monitor and maintain the data  in ERP (BAAN) and make items analysis.Deal with warehouse operation deviations and follow action plan for improvement.

-Verify the correctness of the monthly inventory report, daily delivery plan.Check necessary material and spare part to support the production.

-Verify the correctness of all kinds of warehouse activities, including the Move In/Out for Raw material, Component, and finished goods;

-Coordinate with Production Dept (WH In/Out), Financial Dept (Account information), QA Dept (Purchased articles quality inspection)

-Other tasks assigned by company.

·          Qualification

-Minimum 2 years experience of warehouse working background in foreign company with management role.

-Be familiar with whole warehouse operation processing including materials flow and stock management.

-Colleague degree or above with MRP or ERP knowledge related.Proficient in common computer skills

-Machanical background is plus.
