职位描述/要求:
-Location ( Responsibilities Support procurement team on daily purchase activities and provide general administrative and secretarial support. • Follow-up Metso Paper China procurement data and Monthly reporting • Create purchase orders for procurement order. • Make inquiries for selected suppliers all purchase items • Communication with own staff and suppliers • Arrange together our Metso Paper customers schedule and suppliers delivery capability • Follow up of agreed delivery times for all purchase order. • Maintain a high degree of integrity and fairness in dealings and transactions With all suppliers to keep the Company's name in good repute. • Continually check to identify potential areas for cost reduction efforts • Reclamations and claims to internal suppliers when necessary • Document filing and archiving • Metso Partners editor Background: Mechanical or relative purchasing education/working experience is need At least 1or2 years purchasing assistant experience with a manufacturing background Some ERP knowledge Requirements: Be able to use various kinds of sourcing tools Good communication skills, responsible, committed, attentive Experience in working with purchasing is an advantage. Must be able to work well with people at all levels within an organization. Fluent written and spoken English PC skills like MS-Office
