职位描述/要求：
Job Description (Main responsibilities): 1.Suppor production manager for workshop management and optimization with own reponisibilities; 2.Planning and organize assemble work as well welding, machining etc.work inside workshop; 3.Responsibilities of quality of machine units assembly; 4.Coordinate packing and logistic; 5.Workshop equipement maintanence; 6.Develop necessary auxiliary tools for machine units; 7.Cost control for workshop activities; 8.Managing a team(15 persons). Competence Profile (Experience, knowledge, skills and capabilities essential to this position): 1.Fluent in Mandarin and English; 2.College graduated or above, mechanical major; 3.Workshop supervision experience and at least three years of mechanical working experience; 4.Capabilities of organize workshop daily work and cooperation inside company; 5.Working experience in the process of ERP, MRP will be a plus; 6.Auto CAD skill and a full complement of Microsoft software capability; 7.Willing and able to flexibility work within a developing organization; 8.Knowledge of equipment for the pulp and paper industry will be a plus. 联系方式：
