职位描述/要求:
 Location:Guangzhou
 
 Job Description (Main responsibilities):
 RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
 1.Internal communication between departments.  
 2.Co-ordination and follow-up of common tasks given by management.  
 3.Maintain necessary records, files and archives.
 4.Organize travel details, flights, accommodation, cars, etc for department personnel and   
   guests travelling domestic or international routes.
 5.Assist in organizing venues, exhibitions and providing refreshments to visitors when
   required.
 6.Ensure all his activity is carried out in the safe manner and according to the local
   environment and safety regulation.  
 7.Create purchase orders, Make inquiries for selected suppliers, Communication with own
   staff and suppliers.
 8.Arrange together our customers schedule and suppliers delivery capability
 9.Follow up of agreed delivery times.
 10.Maintain a high degree of integrity and fairness in dealings and transactions with all
    suppliers to keep the Company's name in good repute.
 11.Continually check to identify potential areas for cost reduction efforts.
 12.Reclamations and claims to suppliers when necessary.
 13.Perform other tasks to assist the workshop manager.
 
Competence Profile:   
 1.Could speak English well.
 2.Can use computer and related software.
 3.ERP system.
